Last updated: September 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Agencia Jade Home processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. What we process and why

a) Employing clients

Through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, city and whatever you choose to include in your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where applicable, manage the recruitment process and invoicing.

b) Booking the service online

If you book the selection on the website we also collect your ID or tax number, billing address, the address where the hired person will work, your preferred payment method and a record of your acceptance of the terms (date, time, version accepted and browser). The purpose is to formalise the engagement, send you the summary with the terms, provide the service and invoice it. We never ask for or store bank or card details.

c) Candidates

Through the candidate registration form we collect identification and contact details, immigration status in Spain, education, professional experience, skills, languages, a photograph and references from previous employers. The purpose is to manage your application and act as an intermediary in recruitment processes with employing clients.

By submitting your application you consent to us sharing your professional details with the relevant employing client when your profile matches a role, sharing your CV without contact details with partner placement agencies that may have a position for you, and contacting the references you provide.

3. Legal basis

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when submitting any form.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the recruitment service.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) in tax and accounting matters.

4. Retention

Client data is retained for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by tax and liability law (generally six years).

Candidate data is retained while the profile remains relevant for recruitment and, in any case, for a maximum of two years from the last contact, unless you request erasure sooner.

5. Recipients

We do not transfer data to third parties except:

  • Employing clients, in the case of professional details of candidates put forward for a role.
  • Partner placement agencies, for candidates only: a version of the CV with name, experience, education and languages, without phone numbers, emails, addresses or references.
  • Our partner payroll firm, only where the optional administrative service is expressly contracted.
  • Technology providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements: Netlify (web hosting and forms) and Google (email, spreadsheet and storage of the booking summary).
  • Public authorities, where legally required.

Netlify and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to agenciajadehome@gmail.com or to the postal address above, providing proof of identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to remember when you added the welcome coupon (so we can show its 60-minute countdown). That value is never shared and you can clear it from your browser.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google servers that may record your IP address.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or new services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
